“ Have walked though this restaurant many times and finally went in, it’s much better than I expected, clean fast and tasty. They serve traditional pozole a soup that has corn, lettuce and meat I had the maciza one, and it was pretty good. It’s a fast service and very attentive too. ”

“ Dona Chela’s very clean dishes have simple but well executed flavors. Their secret weapon are their fresh corn tortillas. Delicious. I recommend the pancita, a traditional Mexican soup, made with cow's stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base. Use hominy, lime, onions, and oregano to season it. Make sure you get 1 or 2 tortillas (or a quesadilla or steak taco) to roll up to eat between slurps. The Good: Delicious & warm corn tortillas. Very quick and friendly service. They brought our dog a water bowl without asking, a nice gesture. Simple dishes, cleaner (less seasoned) flavor profile than typical Mexican cuisine but delightful taste. Gorgeous interior remodeling. Comfortable and cozy outdoor seating. The Okay: • Fair prices. A little cheaper than comparable options in the area. The Bad: - Nothing. ”
